yes abbey bank and they were still charging me overdraft charges etc even tho ive sent that letter.....they even took my JSA from me a few months ago so not only am i furious that theyve not responded but am determined to get MY money back.0

thanks. i sent the original letter together with my cccs financial analysis but i will resend with a copy of my mortgage statement and this time defly send it recorded. is the letter same as last time then or is there a different format i can send?
what happens with ccas and DCAs btw?0 -
When was the CCS analysis done? i sent the hardship letter. cccs done in may. where do i get income and exp form from? do i use the one that i did with cccs?0
