    morning all

Up early so I can get into work and get on after my hols. Have a phone conf at 11 and big boss will be phoning me to tell me my boss is now off sick until after I leave so I want to be armed with my reasoning for saying no to taking on all her work!

Will attempt to fly this week but mostly it will probably get done at the weekend.

    have a good day all

  • I'm still here, just no time to post :(

Got everything finished before the weekend, which was just as well, as I worked my second job until midnight Fri, my main job until 4am Sun, then my second job again until midnight Sun.

Really tired this morning and eyes stuck together. Had a lovely FD's meal though and got some tommie plants for the garden.

Challenge for this week - bed by 11.30pm - totally exhausted.

Morning my lovlies - and that includes you Oddjob!
Its nice and bright at the moment - I hope it lasts a while.

Didnt sleep that well but might get a nap later.

greenbee hope this week passes quickly and without too much hassle - good luck with the apllication that you want to do.. Your dress sounds lovely - we need a piccie of course! Keep the chin up xx
huston you sound like my lovely auntie - she's a serious cleaner too - daily weekly, monthly, seasonal - she does it all too! If you get your ebay seller account set up it will be another outlet for decluttering bits.
FFP well done with the MACAW - hope it helps keep you on track with the studying.
lil_me I am pleased that your trip to see your Dad went well - I remember you saying how much you were dreading meeting his new partner for the first time. It must have been extra nice for him that it was on fathers Day - that was a lovely thing for you to do. You have really put effort into your TMA over the weekend - hope you manage to get it all done successfully later.
rach Hope you are feeling better this morning - what a shame you have to go in when you thought you could work at home - its good that you wont have to see nasty boss now but no-way you should have to cover his work but i am sure you will have the suitable arguments ready;)

Quick question - is there anyone of you ladies around that freeze sandwiches - can I freeze egg mayo (well its salad cream actually)????

    back later
    toots xx
    Peace will be mine
could do better - must try harder

Morning all, I'm up bright and early this morning. I think it's cos the sun is shining oh and also Dh woke me up at 4.30am so I could let the dogs out while his alarm goes off. Errr not sure why he did that but well it kind of upset my sleep when I went back to bed. So after dozing for about an hour I got up to see him off to work. I have been constructive though, I have cleaned the front of the kitchen work cupboards, cleaned the front of the microwave and the front of the water filter and kettle. Can anyone see a pattern there..lol

I'm now going to tackle the ironing while it is relatively cool and listen to Heart on the radio - well it was my local station Invicta but they are now taken over by Heart. Not that I am complaining I can still listen to the Morning Zoo on there so thankfully they haven't gone :D

Oooh I also wrote a list for the week while having a cup of tea and watching the birdies, so shall pop that under Mondays list.

Toochoosey was it you that is having troubles with smilies in Firefox? I can't remember, if it was. Do you have everything ticked in the relevant boxes under Tools/Options/Content? Also I have a load of smilies here if you want to use them, I just go to the little picture sign at the top of the text box and add the url. That way they show up..

Thank you to Toots and Pigpen for the stars and lists :D

    morning everyone!

I've just hung the washing out (from yesterday:o) and thought I'd quickly pop on here to see what today's task is. I'm starting at Level 1 (babysteps) and I;ll report back later with my (hopeful) progress.
