LadyL and Poorbutrich ~ Have a great time at Glastonbury, unfortunately it clashes with my mother's 80th birthday weekend, otherwise I was very tempted to go ( whispers very quietly I wanted to see Bruce Springsteen again, and even though it's got more and more commercial I always enjoy going to Glastonbury)
I'm going to see Springsteen on 14th July:j:j:j Cant wait.

LadyL I hope you have a brilliant time and it doesnt rain - yes I am sure you will be whacked when you get back but hey who cares -your friends are being caring but you need to do whats right for you - just get your packing done in stages and to hell with the rest - whats happening to kitties?

Must confess I'm a bit of a Springsteen fan as well, so really looking forward to that.........I was disappointed The Killers weren't at Glasto this year.....but luckily I managed to get tickets to see them at the Royal Albert Hall the following weekend :T
Toots my darling DS has come home to 'kittysit'....problem is a few of his mates are coming with him..so dread to think how much flying will have to be done when we get back

I have done the ironing & have everything pretty much ready to go now...so will quickly hoover then that will be enough for me today...must conserve my energy.

Carlsberggal if FB is correct it's your Birthday Thursday.....so I will wish you a very happy one now because I won't be around x

    ETA just seen your post!

I am also a bit despondant (sp?) at the thought of not being able to achieve stars. Which is really pathetic, I know.
Now I really know how the special needs kids at school feel when they never finish/catch up with others:( I always thought I knew how it felt or at least could empathise, its worse than I thought.

Anyway, I am off to be miserable tidying my room, knowing I won't complete it:(

Level 1 for today finished! also have binbag full for charity shop - now I have to remember to take it tomorrow...I know! I remember flylady herself used to say to put it straight into the car- I'm in town tomorrow so hopefully that will work.

Poohbear - don't worry, you and me can be "special" together!

Tootifrooti - I don't know if our mattress is super heavy or I'm super weak? I had real trouble getting it upright. We also have quite a low light fitting over the bed so I had to negotiate around that too, plus the bedside light and the radio (hmm.... methinks I have too much stuff!)

Thanks for the tip though, and for the reminder about reading the first post properly :o
