    Dusty Well done DS2.
funfairprincess Its a place called Choppington/Scotland Gate in Northumberland.

I did once get some names from the manager of the community centre there of people who had lived there but never got around to going to see them.

Just googled it there my sense of direction is mince. Not too far from Alnwick, taking the kids to the castle there next weekend or I'll never hear the end of it! Will let you know if OH finds anything out.

Thanks Flower and well done to DS :T

Yes, it does make sense. But the boy I'm working with has learning difficulties too so doesn't understand and can't express himself so I'm looking for something to help him. I may have to gather information and then try and write something for him over the summer if there's nothing out there already!

I know you deal with a lot of disorders so wasn't sure if it would be any use to you, sorry I wasn't much help - I did have a quick scout though and found this website - http://www.incrediblehorizons.com/classroom.htm hope this is more help. :D They are such clever kids in so many other ways, and it's sad that some are just treated as naughty - I know you would never do that and he is a very lucky little boy :A

I'm looking forward to coming back as well. I've watched more TV in the last 4 weeks than I have in the last 6 months. I hate not having internet access. Not for much longer though!!!!!!:D:D:D:D:D

cyclingyorkie - believe me you'll never be the biggest challenge to this thread although we do get there eventually dont we pigpen (she says remembering the middle room - hows it looking these days)
Pigpen - is DS1 still short of anything now for when they come home with Jacob

The middle room looks fab when it is clean and tidy but at the moment it is positively skiplike..

Jacob..k not sure we are reassessing once they get back.. hopefully whatever they do need won't prove too costly!!
