Hi, I thought I would let everybody know about a fault with this phone. If you go to the windows live website and enter your email address to sign in, the phone crashes and freezes. No keys respond and its impossible to turn the phone off. The only way to reset the phone is to take the battery out. I have tried this 5 times on various days with the same results everytime. I phoned 3 customer services they requested a factory reset of settings on the phone which I did and they checked the phone had the most up to date software, which it had. Problem still there.

I then went into the three store and tried to sign into windows live on the stores G502. The phone crashed in the exactly the same way. So swapping the phone for a different one would not help they must all have the same bug. So a warning to anyone thinking of buying this phone on three that would want to use it on windows live, don't bother. There may be other sites which crash on this phone which is the worrying thing.

The store was most unhelpful and has a shockingly poor attitude to customer service generally. They say that they can only swap like for like, only customer services can supply a different model phone of equivalent value.

If anyone here knows of a fix please post. What would you do in this situation?
