    I've been offered tanks

Not sure if you need them all but there was a MSE member on here last week searching ebay for some................perhaps you can help out the less fortunate??

Sorry for being a bit dim, but are people saying they have now received the originally ordered Argonaut tank for the original price of £50? If so, how many people have received theirs? Can I not just write to B&Q and point this out instead of going through the courts?

You could try but I wouldn't rate your chances. Worth a go; let us know what they say.

I thought about doing this but the process outlined has been so easy to follow. You have your initial outlay for court costs, but if found in your favour, these are retrieved from B and Q anyway. I'm just a little puzzled why B and Q are adding to their costs?

realise this is a little cheeky ...
I was not tenaceous enough to follow through my cancelled order but have been cheering you lots from the sidelines.

I do have the space ready for one and we wish to use it to clean cars on our soon to be car forecourt. It's too wasteful to use fresh water.

If anyone has been offered one and doesn't have a use for it please PM, I would gladly purchase it from you and of course would expect that you would be wanting to recoup all your associated outlay and expenses in the purchase price.

But even then it would still be a bargain for me and great for minimising our water consumption.

    Thank you.

    Is there a time limit?

    Why couldn't you start now?

You just got me worried but mine now show

"Your judgment request has been accepted. The order has been sent to the Defendant."

This might explain how this happened, taken from HMCS web site.

Once you have submitted your request for judgment by default, MCOL will deal with your request. Where it is received before 9am on a day when the court is open, the request will be processed at the end of the day: where it is received after 9am, it will be processed on the next day (again, at the end of the day) when the court is open and may not appear on MCOL until the following day (see viewing the progress of a claim).

This means that, if the defendant files a response (an acknowledgment of service, a defence or a part admission) with the court by 4pm on the same day as your request is to be processed, the response will take priority over your judgment request.
