    In general though we are in 2010, and fathers don't have the same rights as the mother, thats a fact of life.

    We're actually in 2009:rolleyes::eek:

    :T It won't get any better in 2010

    I think as a woman when you are hurt, you think all men are the same. You wouldn't get many PWC's feeling any sympathy for NRP#s whatever the circumstances.

    I thought that if the OPs husband was the main earner, the tax credits would be classed as his income - therefore not assessable?

    Oh, hang on - is that just working tax credit?

    In your words are you !!!!!!! serious?

    Don't get me wrong no sympathy for fathers who don't want to see their children or even pay for them, but are you telling me that some women in this world, say they are on the pill or cannot get pregnant, to find out miracoulsy that they can within a month or so, that mothers who now at the point of hating their ex's, stop the father from seeing the children, mothers who claim IS but are doing jobs on the sly and of course we have the one where the PWC will play the victim and use all resources to their benfit and actually move onto different partners

    Equally you have NRP's who try and deceive the system and find all sorts of ways not to pay. So it is not a biased post, but unfortunately the sysyem haS ALLOWED or NRP's to be tarnished with the same brush.

    Would you not agree?

    This thread has got very heated and makes for uncomfortable reading. I posted here for advice because quite frankly, it's bad enough that I'm losing my son (he'll be living 150 miles away) I couldn't bear the idea of my other children losing their dad because him moving out would be the only way to avoid losing our house if his wages were taken into account. I understand that alot of people have issues with the CSA but this isn't the way to show it
    Smashed through my weightloss target. Looking at 120lbs+ loss. BMI over 40 down to 20.5. Training hard to get body fat under 20%, not far to go now :j

    To be fair, you did give equal advice.

    !!!!!! What happened to the rest of 2009? I thought I had only napped for a few hours...
