my brother has moved house it's for 6 months maybe 12.. the phone line is connected to pipex, as letters saying bill not paid....person before... he is a very basic broad band user, and needs cheap line/phone and broadband deal. has found nearly new sky dish on wall , so interested in a sky package deal. but most seem to be for 12-18 months sign up. what is best for him please
