    Quote EU directive stating all pruducts sold in EU have to be guaranteed for 2 yr since 2002.Google this, and contact Argos again. Good luck.

  • if the toaster is tripping out the house electrics its probably shorting out, so some wires inside will be touching together, possibly because they melted.

    was there a loud noise when the leccy went off ? (like a crack)
