Has everyone gone to bed?
It's raining really hard here now. I can hear it leaking in the porch but am too lazy to get up and do anything about it! Soooo looking forward to moving house ina week and a half! Yey!0 -
Still here
This child delights in creating a couple of hours of very painful contractions around midnight/2am to keep me on my toes, and then I settle down to nap and see if they get any worse and they go away!
Sarah, I was bleeding post-sex early on, it was all coming from the cervix and not from inside so everything was ok. It did kind of put us off celebrating though.Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

Thats good to know, am not normally a windy person either lol and it always seems to come a daft times and isn't really relevant to what I've eaten IYKWIM.
Did anyone else find last night uncomfortable? It was so muggy I had a really disturbed sleep and now feel awful. My boobs feel even heavier this am too, as a DD already am dreading them getting any bigger, a) its gonna be darn uncomfy and b) more bloody expense as I have to get more bras!
Really just wanna veg today, but have a stack of paperwork that needs attention and I have to go drive for cadets again, hopefully the traffic wont be too bad and it wont take 3 1/2 hours like friday. Wanted to do a car boot today but the driving put a stop to thatBaby :female: Tahlie Lois born 15/3/10 7lb 12 oz :heartpulsWorking on baby no2

so no plans for today. hubby was meant to be helping his dad with some clearing the garden but with all the rain last night, the ground is too wet.
so letting hubby have a lie in. (for the moment)
am gonna have a blitz on the bathroom, especially all my make up and have a good clear out. then tackle our room. need to sort all our clothes and again have a good clear out.
still need to get carpet for baby's room will look next week at some carpet shops see if we can pick up a remnant cheaply. its nice rectangle room so we should be ok. even a little too big can be cut down with a good stanley knife.'Children are not things to be moulded, but are people to be unfolded'0 -
seen xmaslolly post bout bout getting her bag ready. havent even thought bout that one...
guess i better start buying some things that i will need rather than what baby will need ( they are sorted for the hospital, just about)'Children are not things to be moulded, but are people to be unfolded'0 -
I fell asleep on the couch at around 10pm last night and woke up around 2am. Caught up on here and didn't get back to sleep til 4.45am! That put a kybosh on me getting up at 6am for the boot sale - if I go now there'll be nothing good left I expect. Will just go to tesco to spend my £5 off voucher I think.
My whole not-nagging-OH-about-housework effort didn't last long! I finally had the energy for a proper good clean-up yesterday and he just watched me and when I was mopping the floor round the pc he said "just going to nip on the computer for a bit" which would have had him sat lazing right in the middle of where I was cleaning-up. I gritted my teeth until the resentment became too much and it all came out in a giant flood!
I did end up being a bit unreasonable but I hate it all! I don't like the fact every little thing seems to be my responsibility and no one else has to worry. He just says things like "I don't want weekends just to be about doing more work" They're not! He doesnt do anything usually so how can they be about work? arrgh!
Xmas - my OH's birthday is on that day too and you've made me think how it's not as far away as I thought! I'm worried as he's got his eye on a new phone (he bought me an iphone for mine but I didn't ask for it) but theres no way I can afford one so I'm stuck too!
I've got acid coming up everywhere today and rennies don't seem to be touching it grr.0 -
Hi Jillie
Take a look back a couple of pages, Mum got me some fab pyjamas from BHS yesterday that fit me now and will fit after bubs arrives. Been thinking about sorting the bag but that is as far as I have got. Guess thinking about it won't cut it for much longer.
TMI - don't read over breakfast
Especially since I just went for a wee and seemed to leak something. When I looked there seemed to be some mucus, looked bit like I'd blown my nose but a funny colour like yellow highlighter pen, on the tissue. Bubs is moving around a bit but not really got any pains or anything that suggests I should worry just yet. 30 weeks Tues so I hope its just normal yukkiness and not anything imminent.
However, just in case, I am off to get some non-bio washing powder to wash all babys donated clothes and try to clean this moses basket that my mates cat has been sleeping in.
Might treat myself to something nice for dinner too, quite fancy roast pork.
Anyway, enjoy your cleaning, I'll be back later to check in the hope that you can motivate me into doing something other than spending the day watching tv and drinking tea!!
