    Morning ladies!

We're taking a trip by public transport an hour out of Munich today. I figure that if anything's going to shake her loose it'll be the sheer inconvenience of trying to wrangle Bavaria on a Sunday and the terror of ending up in a rural hospital.

Well actually slept last night. Woke at 2am and 5am to wee. But was actually able to go back to sleep. 6.30am was my final wake up time and DS arrived in my room at 7am asking for breakfast.

Heartburn is killing me, can feel the acid, really need to be sick to get rid of it. Have been putting off breakfast, but am hungry as well.

OH's cousin is kindly taking DS to football, so i will go to Sainsburys to return the dress I bought. Also have just checked the receipt and at the same time i bought a two pack of school trousers for DS. The receipt has them on twice! Can i ask for my money back,? i mean its just my word against theirs, and i definately only bought one lot as they only had the one in his size..

Will take DS to a local fete early afternoon to spend some time with him, then we will both go visit OH.

Sugar - Good look on the trip. Hope the public transport is good to you.

Am I really bad for thinking 'wouldn't it be funny if we were going at it and it ended up on him...' ??? LOL!!!! sorry!!!!

Well, that will teach me to catch up over breakfast. lol:rolleyes:

Just having a couple of slices of toast and a cuppa before I finish getting ready for car boot. Ours starts later so we are meeting at 10.45 to get there for 11am. Though I think it doesn't open until 1 you need to be early to get a good pitch apparently. Can't believe I'm going to spend the afternoon in a field with grotty portaloos. :o

Think I'm all ready now. Covered in suncream, got some snacks and a huge bottle of orange tango in the fridge (must remember not to leave it there) and am actually quite looking forward to it. Just as long as I get rid of most of it and make as much money as I can I'll be happy. Last time I made just over £60 but my friend only left me quarter of the boot space so this time I am taking my own car and hoping that I have got everything.

Hope you all have a lovely day

Thanks WM. Me too. Still got a lot to get for bubs, though all the big stuff is done now but need bedding, towels, monitor, mobile and a few more clothes as I've not bought her any yet and would like a special coming home outfit as well as some of the babygrows for her to relax in when no-one is visiting.

Not sure what you can do about your DS school trousers. It's probably worth a try but I don't think you can prove it so they would be under no obligation to refund. They may do it as a goodwill gesture. Someone on here the other day said the nicer and more polite you are the more likely you are to get what you want. Give it a try and let us know how you get on.

    Fingers crossed for you.

Loving reading about all you bargains girls, really makes me wanna go shopping/Booting. Can anyone recommend any good online shopping sites other than the big high street stores.

Harley, you have more patience than me, but good to hear your getting good customer service. Will keep my fingers crossed this last order, is that the last one. Noticed you mentioned your chassis had gone up too, there has been a few price changes for the autumn/winter 09 catalogue some up some down (mostly up tho :().

Sorry for the short message, feelin icky atm, thinking its probably morning sickness coming and going in waves. Off shopping shortly for digestive biccies and other stuff to help.

    Morning fellow bumpsters :j!

Well it has finally cooled down here- yippee! I actually think it might even rain, but I don't care because I am no longer sweltering. Had a lovely lie in until 9am which I feel so much better for, even if I did get up a fair few times in the night!

Just about to enjoy my Sunday treat of watching Something for the Weekend. Then need to pop out and return a bra to Mothercare (bought wrong size) and pick up some bits at a supermarket so I can have a big old cook up this afternoon. I am loving Lidl and Aldi at the moment- picked up my super 6 yesterday and will be getting my other bits at Lidl today. I'm only really doing online shopping at Tesco at the mo, although do sometimes go there to use some vouchers. Seems to be helping the grocery challenge.

Also gonna have a crack at my bought - still to buy lists this afternoon. Might be asking for help on this as I'm sure I will miss tons off.

Harley- how civilised to have an afternoon car boot. I'm jealous. Good luck with it and let us know how you get on :D.

ETA it's now raining here: my lawn will be delighted!!

Somnium - Have you had a look at Kiddicare yet? They are very competitive with their prices and delivery is usually very fast.
Also try Glasgow pram centre, They aren't always the cheapest, but they sometimes have very good offers on - we saved loads on our nursery furniture and we were very impressed with their customer service.
