    I got distracted - there's a wholebunch of labour pain relief videos if you search "labor pain relief" (US spelling) on youtube.

    Very interesting. I'm currently practising deep breathing and planning visualisation. It'll go nicely with my epidural :)

    Dylan should be home tomorrow or Tuesday so long as he has a good night tonight. The consultant is doing the rounds tomorrow morning and I have to phone after to see whats happening !!! :):):)

    Dylan waited till I had a nice clean nappy on him today and let out the loudest fart in the world with a follow through that would knock you out !!! He is def his fathers son !! :)
    I have the diet thing to start yet, am giving myself another week to keep my energy levels up for a bit
