    It might look alright, i would have to try it. I have seen people wear tops under dresses but yeh it may be a bit warm. Thanks
    I am completely in love now with the maxi dress i got. I can't wait to show hubby. It is quite simple but nice.That one has really wide straps perfect for me.

    Elastigirl do you have a bra with adjustable straps so you could cross the straps at the back or wear it as a halterneck?

    Oh no, was talking to my friend on facebook about her OH, she left the room to turn dinner down and he read it, she's in trouble and has signed off.

    The 'young ones' at college wore that style of top with a vest top under it, and the dresses too. It seems to be the done thing.

    I, however am too old to get fashion and stick to my jeans :rotfl: (and pale denim skirts with black tights):rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
