No, actually couldn't give a stuff about your views. So don't flatter yourself.

I think we only have to have a quick look at your other posts to see that you are not in the slightest bit constructive. You come across as a !!!!. Good effort.

    Sorry Guy,
I think we are drifting from the main issue here. Could anyone provide me the details what is the best way to find no win no fee solicitor who can also provide free initial consultation.
    Thanks

Have you thought about contacting your local newpaper with a view to them doing a piece on it. With a new intake of students due in September it could be very damaging to the college if they are not being seen to resolve this issue.

However I don't see how you can now complete the course in 12 months as it's now June and if you havn't done the work then they can't just give you the qualification.

    Why was the course extended?

    This is the important question.

As for no win no fee solicitors. They only take cases they will win with hefty fees attached thus they wont touch you

Because of the university rule. The exam board sit 2 times a year and they have certain limit of credit they can issue for each module. I mean to say here is we got 2 modules and dissertation left to complete the course. They can only provide credit for 2 modules in next sitting which will be in february next year. For dissertation they have to wait for another 6 months. But that was never disclosed to us when we enrolled for the course. Also college only realise when we start enquiring about it. Because the letter we got from university states that course will be completed in June 2010 while the letter from the college says it will finish in february 2010. It was entirely college fault that they never checked with university and assumed everything. Also they said that student should not contact University directly for any issue and should use college as a medium.

we just completed first semester last month and if they wish they can start in mid july to complete the course in one year.

Sorry to hear of the problem. Is it possible for you all to join the National Union Of Students? Sound like something they may deal with. They have a published complaints code....I'll try and put the link! If not search their website nus.org.uk using the words complaints procedure. Good luck
