Have you taken this up with the university who validates the MBA? I would strongly suggest talking to them, as they may be able to intravene.
;) Working hard in the hopes of being 'lucky' ;)

We have provided them enough opportunity and numerous option to resolve the issue in the best interest of student but in vain. Like I said earlier we have been chasing and complaining from last 3 months. I course was in mess right from the first day as the time changed 5 times in first month. They have huge internal operation problem which failed to improve. For instance, some students are still awaiting ID cards and we have already completed 1st semester. The student cannot access university library without ID card. The list is very long but I want to keep the matter simple. All we are asking them is to finish the course in 12 month thats it.

No, you need to formally point out what is wrong and give a time to rectify the breach. You also need to mention that proceedings will follow if they do not put things right.

There is a process that you now need to put in place. You have no hope of a claim if you do not follow that process. Thankfully, we are not a "See you in court" jurisdiction.

OP sorry to hear about this I hope you get it sorted wether it be thru the college or a solicitor. I've experienced first hand college/universitites ineptitude.

    As for the following ..
Can't say I have much sympathy.

The last thing the UK needs is 65 university graduates given the mass unemployment at the moment in many industries

!!!!!! is this person still doing on the forum?
Everything I ever see posted is negatory, flaming or self righteous whining.
Can we get a poll going to get this **** banned ?

and yes I fully understand I have less posts and "ePeen" that the poster in question but in every post he/she comes across as a complete !!!!

Yes we have. Apparently in the last meeting which we had with college management there was a representative from university present as well. He acknowledge that it college fault but they dont interfere how college advertise the course as its there internal matter. Now university says they have certain rules and standard which they cannot flex. All we got from college was fake apology and assurance that remaining time with the college will be better without any hiccup. However we have lost the trust completely and cannot rely on what they say.

We have done our bits informally and formally. We also filed petition to college as well as university to consider the matter to be very serious and flex their standard for one off. But its not working out at all. Is there a way we can get no win no fee solicitor and free initial consultation. Any help will be highly appreciated.

Couldn't agree more. You've upset the bleeding-heart liberals again but who gives a sh*t? :D
  • I think the most vital questions is why it is being extended to 18 months?

Linas' is doing a good enough job of alienating others by himself without the support of our resident BNP mouthpiece.

    A well reasoned argument...not.

You should feel absolutely ashamed that you cannot put a comment together without an expletive. Idiot.

EDIT: Haviing just looked at some of the other posts by this guy, what a shambolic representative of anyone that calls themselves British.
