Tesco clubcard credit card issues

Unless they have changed the way they do this for new card holders, i still disagree with the comment above. My bonus points are always added on any time up until a week after the transaction has taken place, and not when the card statement is produced.

Are you using the credit card as your clubcard?
If you're doing it that way (IE. You don't have a separate card), then it may work that way, but it's definitely as I described otherwise

Best bet really is to ring the credit card customer services and have a chat with them.
In store, we can only see the totals, not where they've come from. Any points from this should be shown under TPF bonus points, but only their customer services can give you a precise breakdown.

I also work for Tesco (not in TPF) but yes i know you don't need to have a separate clubcard card, but I dont use my credit card as my clubcard in Tesco because i have a staff card. I dont even use my credit card to pay for purchases within Tesco at present. Only make purchases outside Tesco. And the bonus points definatly go on after a week or so (my TPF bonus points balance was 114 about 2 weeks before my latest statement, haven't used the card since then, and now 1 week after my statement was produced my points balance is still 114). And i know thats the right amount of points.
