Totally Free Images for PowerPoint Please?

For a job interview I have to do my first PowerPoint presentation.
I need some images for it - photos of 'councils' (a town hall, 'people at work' sort of photos). A friend said try Getty Images but the small print seems to say that their royalty free images are not free, but means you pay once for them and then can use as often as you like!
Please does anyone have any ideas of places I can go where I can use photos that are free-free. Many thanks.

I wouldn't lay awake at night worrying about copyright on images that you are not selling or trying to pass as your own.
