It's a max of 99 days - however you can just get her to send a another one, after all if it's a problem with the internet then your not going to be able to RA with her anyway.

Make sure she uses Web Mail that way there's no settings to mess around with like there is in outlook.

Yeah, I've set her up with googlemail with a shortcut in the desktop which should make things easier. I'm struggling with Outlook at the moment so she'd have no chance!

I know it says 99 days but whenever I try to select it, it tells me that the maximum amount of time it can do is 30 days... .

I've set up logmein on her XP laptop. One click and she can enable it and then from there I can take control! It all seems to be working and looks like it'll do the job perfectly. Thank you to everyone for all of your help... .
