    And still no mortgage statement. :eek: I hate waiting.
    I hope it turns up soon. If NW=Nat!ionwide then the "opening balance" on the 1st Jan on online banking was the value on my statement if that's any help... *wishing the shrugging smiley hadn't gone, sob... * My statement only turned up a couple of days ago.
    Mortgage free as of 12/08/20!

    only got my statement on thursday (3 days ago) from nw. Made me laugh how many pages it was now with all the little op's having their own line each! I remember the days when there was only 12 lines on it, 1 per month!
    Mortgage free 04/03/2025. Thanks to this site and lots of overpayments bit by bit.
    Next stop: house repairs, holiday fund, replace our very old cars, more financial security/early retirement savings.🤞

    Glad the holiday went well, we went on hols with in-laws at Xmas 2008 I was ready to kill them in 2 days!
