update for you all....

Phoned Natwest as hadnt heard from them regarding second letter.
The response I got was down right rude, the young man I spoke to said the first letter with the offer of £750 was their final response to which I said "it doesnt say that in the letter" only to be told that Natwest does not reply to further letters apparently its called "letter tennis" and that it now has to go to the FOS. So I told him thats exactly what will be happening now. I'm moving house on the 20th and really wanted this all sorted out.

Sorry to hear this and in your case I don't blame you.

Ask them as well for copies of telephone recordings.
Good luck, and I'm sure the FOS will sort this out for you.

Also all the best in your new home, hopefully a new home will be a nice fresh start and everything will eventually come right for you.
