Sky Warrenty Calls

I am currently being plagued with companies phoning on behalf of Sky telling me my warranty has expired. It's getting really out of hand I've been phoned 3 times this week! Each time it seems to be from a different company, but this could just be a line. Has anyone managed to successfully stop these calls? I am already registered for the telephone preference service but when I tell the operator this they never seem to of heard of it.

If you are registered with the TPS, take the name and number of each of these companies and report them to the TPS. All of these companies should be registered,
if they are not they are committing a criminal offence.
Please note - none of these people are connected to SKY

Just tell them you are not interested as you have cover through Sky's only associated breakdown inurer and you are happy with it. Then ask them to remove you from their list as they are in breach of the TPS code and therefore if they call you again you will take it further with TPS who will send them a fine for cold calling a blocked number.which is deemed as harrassment.

Alternatively just dont answer the numbers you dont recognise.

Either way if it continues report them to TPS thats what they are there for and why you joined them isnt it?
