If i had known they wouldn't pay. i would have set up a direct debit to myself and then switched it. i will phone them up and speak to them and i might get lucky. I also would have gotten another £50 for doing it through topcashback if i had known. i might still get the £25 for referring someone though.
I got the same letter as you, so please let me know if you get a result. I used their switching service but THEY kept delaying the switchover of the Direct Debits saying I wasn't to do it myself. I did everything they asked ie filling in and sending off forms when asked, but it seems as if they deliberately delayed to get out of paying me the £100.
Does anyone think I have a case? I've been putting in £500 every month and everything else.

On the face of it it would seem so, but it doesn't really matter what anyone here 'thinks'...just file a formal complaint and let matters take there course...Does anyone think I have a case?

:j It's a strange thing! Just opened a letter dated 23rd June, this afternoon saying I haven't met all the conditions and will not be receiving £100. Then I logged in to my account and found it was credited yesterday ! Maybe it's worth checking if you have had the same letter? Hope you do get it eventually. £100 is worth fighting for!0
