Cahsback Claims from Dialaphone

I see that some of you are having problems with the cashback claims from another retailer. However there are no mentions about Dialaphone.

Is this because they are OK with cashback claims?

We have two phones with them on the 3 network. These are our second 12 month contract we've had with them.

We had no problems at all with the first two contracts, then we took out another requiring us to claim cashback 5 times in the 12 months. So far the problems we have had have been as follows.

1 - one special delivery letter received by them but lost
2 - two claims (one per contract) in one envelope, only one was processed
3 - a claim incorrectly returned on the basis it was not valid, they say that it was confused with an earlier now discontinued contract.

1 and 3 were resolved with a phonecall, 2 had to be resoved by sending a copy of the following bill.

In each case I did receive the full cashback amounts that I should have received.

Has anyone else had problems with these recently?

Thanks

Hugo

i ve had no problems with dialaphone and have just posted them my last claim.

they have always confirmed receipt of my paperwork and have notified me when they paid the cashback into my bank account.

I had 3 claims from them the first 2 were credited to my account with 02 and the last one they sent me a cheque. First 2 received letters telling me credit had been applied. The last one they sent me a text 2 days after I posted the bill off to them and received the cheque about 5 days latter.

I have good service from them. Have even bought the wife a phone from them, with 5 lots of cashback.

    Thanks both of you!

I suspect that I may have hit a few hitches in their systems. Maybe it seems that dialaphone are not like that other company mentioned here...

    Cheers

    Hi,
I have a contact with Dialaphone, no problems to date.

I have two phones through Dialaphone, both with O2. Coming near a year's contract, never had any problem with them till now (fingers crossed). I send the original receipt usually by ordinary post, but keep a copy and proof of posting.
This were my first contract phones, so had to wait a little while for credit check (I am a foreign national). Dialaphone kept me updated through phone and email. Cannot fault their service.
If anyone wonders why I needed two phones at the same time, one was for my wife!
