I've just accepted a pub visit through TNS. Will I be in profit - it's for 2 people?

Sorry, it was me having a thicko day - just got over swine flu but my brain hasn't caught up yet! Just deleted it - I meant to post in here.......

I'm an experienced mystery shopper but I only registered with RE a couple of months ago. I'm in London and I've got all the boxes ticked on their website, but I only ever see pharmacies (and none near me), pubs and the occasional airport shop/pub. Am I just being unlucky and jobs for other companies have already been taken before I had the chance to see them? Or is it the case that I will only see pubs/pharmacies until I have more experience with them? I don't particularly like these pubs so I haven't taken them, but I wondering if I need to do one or two just to get the chance to see other stuff. Can anyone advise?

    Ta! :)

Have you done your 1st probationary job yet?

Yeah I did that part but then never heard anything.....surely thats unusual?? Is it worth a follow up email??

    Any opinion welcome!
Also all swine flu sufferers in Glasgow if you would be so kind as to post an alert if you need to release your jobs I will gladly try and profit from your misfortune!:j Best wishes for your recovery of course!!!

Also why are there so many Msers up here?? Thanks all x

I had the same problem - applied and didn't hear anything back, but they kept saying I was registered. In the end I emailed them and my application was approved the same day. Worth contacting them I think...

No, I haven't done any jobs for them yet - that's what I was wondering, do I need to do one of the pubs or pharmacies as a probationary job before I get to see other stuff?

    Cheers

Yes. You need to do one job first that will get you up and running. Any job will do. Once they have passed that on the checks then you should be able to see and take more.

Their site is not very user friendly compared to GAP.

Just accepted a food job on GR for a client I've not seen before - might be worth a look for those of you registered with them?

EDIT: I've not posted this on the alerts thread, as not everyone gets to see GR jobs at the same time, and you get an email when they're work available anyway...

Once you are accepted you should soon start seeing jobs. You can only accept one(your probationary job). Do that one then when it has passed you can take as many as you like...unless there are restrictions on how many you can do per client.
I wouldn`t personally do the pharmacies as they are sooooo long winde.
