I think you have to be invited to do the coffee jobs. From what I gather people ask about them when GAP phone to ask them to do other jobs that need to be done urgently.

Does anyone have the address that you send your visit claim forms to at Tern? I can't seem to find it anywhere. Also, if you tell them you don't have a Paypal account does anyone know how they pay? I can't remember if I had to enter my bank details, and I can't find anywhere on the site where I would have. Or do they pay by cheque?

    TIA x

    Send your claim forms to:

    Becky Dickens
    Tern Consultancy Ltd
    69 High Street
    Wem
    Shropshire
    SY4 5DR

They always pay by cheque in about two weeks.

    Hiya!
    I'm after some help again....
I did a clothes store for RE this week and bought a top. I spend £10 over the reimbursement level:o
In the fitting room I was busy making notes instead of trying the top on and assumed it was the right size - it isn't!! Tried to go back into a different store today without a receipt but they were really rude and said point blank no to swap it for a different size!

So...does anyone know the rules regarding exchanging MS bought clothes, not refunding! The only clause I can find in my assignment notes is 'do not refund your purchase at the end of the visit'.

I'm surprised they won't do a straightforward swap on an unused item, even without the receipt! I guess you'd have to call/email RE to see if it's okay...

I know... I even offered my card statement to prove i'd paid 3 days before!!
It was still in that stores bag as well!

I think I will email.... I understand about a refund being not allowed, but i'd hope they'd allow just an exchange. Am going back to that area on Friday, so I hope they'll get back to me by then.

Did you need to send the receipt off the RE? I've never had to do that, its always scanned and uploaded at the end of the report.
If you didn't need to send it off to them what happened to it? You need to keep all these for tax records and I think its one of the 10 MS commandments to never throw away a receipt, with an appendix of always scan or photo copy before sending in case of mistakes at the post office.
If nothing else perhaps someone you know is getting a really nice top for a Christmas present......
Couldn't think of anything witty to say so just keeping the space until I can :(

I do have the receipt... I scanned it in as per most other RE reports. It was just that i'd read in another similar clothes shop brief not to go back in with the receipt at all. I think just to be on the safe side i'll email and check with them what I can and can't do!

Has anybody had anything from GfK lately. I think the last thing I got was an email, and that was 2-3 weeks ago?

I had loads of jobs last month, and this month I was paid for 7...I have not had any comebacks on my jobs, not one single query, so I am wondering why I have not been offered much, only email/telecalls

I know Ive had my share of a lot of jobs, ie banks, so they cant be offered to me yet, so I think this is why, it is also the case with GR at the moment. I have gone from 20 various jobs in one week, to only one!

There wii be huge screens on one wall with the runners and riders and another wall will be covered with the racing pages cut out from the daily papers.

The easy way is assuming you know what time you are going pick a horse from a race before you go.

So you don't stick out, walk boldly in and stand and look at the screens, stand there staring at them for a full couple of minutes. Now observe where the punters are picking up the blank betting slips from.

Get a betting slip and write on it
"2.30 Newmarket. scotsbob £2 to win" now take it with your cash to the cashier and pay him.

If you was in my area you would stick out a mile, women don't go to betting shops. Therefore you need to dress down. Put a scarf over your head, have a fag hanging out of your mouth. Spray some gin on your clothes before entering.

Good luck (and not for your bet, for you 'cause you will need it :) )
