Anyone else getting a 'Server too busy' error when they try to log in to GAP?

Thanks Gapbuster!! - Slowed up my chances of looking to see if new clients/jobs have been added in to a multi click process..... still - will mean they will have to phone us now and offer the work out with an incentive as noone can find anything!

Oh and it isnt coping with the volume of enquiries at the moment.

Quick question from an absolutely brand new newbie MSer:

I have my first ever mystery shop today - naturally I'm a bit nervous. It's a burger within a food court. This means I should be ticking N/A for toilets etc, as they are shared and not the responsibility of the outlet in question? Same for restaurant cleanliness? Or do I comment anyway, and note they are shared?

I would comment anyway and note that they are shared - as although it's a shared facility, it's still in the company's best interests to ensure they are up to standard :)

    Good luck by the way!
  • Im having problems with Gap too, server down apparently....!

Oo I quite like it actually... and thanks for the big list of postcodes monkeyboy, but all the area names are in the drop-down list, so I don't really understand why you've posted it?

I presume ukmonkey has posted it for the likes of me who has come to look this morning but cannot find any jobs as I don't know what area I'm listed under.
I'm guessing that as my area is not showing then there are no jobs.

I'm going to reserve judgment on the new search facility ( well until my area comes up anyway !!!! )

I think it's quite simple - UKMonkey has listed what "area" a postcode falls into. Say my postcode begins B98 - I can see from the list that my postcode falls under "Birmingham" - even though I don't live in Birmingham.

So if I look under Birmingham on Gap, I can see areas near me.

Although I have areas showing in my search and 2 clients available when I click the search button nothing shows up! I'm too old and set in my ways for headaches like these......:eek:

I don't understand where you are supposed to put the postcode on the Gap search?

On my screen it only gives me th option to pick country, then district, no option for post code. What am I missing?

Also, I note they have spelled Teesside wrong - that's a real pet hate of mine!

There isn't a box to put rthe postcode in, it the locations are listed by postcode area.

Hence if you're looking for a town within TS area, you select Teesside, and then it'll show the towns in TS that have available jobs.
