I noticed the lack of milage on the TNS supermarkets too Angel. As I'm in such a rural area there is now only one that I'm willing to do... :(

    Now that would be good!

On a mystery shopping note... I MS'd a concession in a well known "blue cross" department store last week. This week I went in purely to shop (brought a fab skirt in the sale - originally £25, I got it for £6.75!) and noticed that the concession I'd mystery shopped NO LONGER EXISTED!! It had closed down!

Hope that wasn't due to my report - it wasn't that bad! I quite liked that concession...

hi who did you get this department store through please???? I did similar concession i think but for a different department store if its the one i am thinking of but id prefer work in that store as ive got one nearer me.

What a plank-Take a look back through their past posts-all negative-says it all really.

For the record Tractor Girl and I cross areas so I am literally in direct competition with her for jobs-yet she has consistently helped me out and given me good even area specific advice-even though it's probably not in her best interest to do so.

Come back Tractor Girl-trolls never stick around for long !!

(You can have ALL the Ebbsfleet jobs if you do !!! ;) )

if you come back i will also let you have all the cycle shops ;)

I would love to do some of them if only to get them off the site!! Too bad that it requires a prescription otherwise I'd be there!

At the top of the jobs available page you can filter the job types you see. If you unclick pharmacy they will all disappear! You just need to remember to click it again once all of these ones have gone so you can see any new ones.

I think its about the 20th of the following month , I dont find that too long to wait tbh .

thank you i didnt get paid at all last month for work at beginning of month so in that case there must be a problem :( on a better note i have finally got some stamp shops and a corner shop from them! all miles from me but im trying to get to know all the little villages around me so that eventually i can try and organise my calendar to do villagey places in one area all in one go. must be working as last week i did a lunch with RE in one and i saw the name of another village i had never heard of before on a sign post at the same time and ive got a job there so next time i just need to coordinate so they are all on the same day! :o

ridiculous isnt it :( ive had one month of doing lots of supermarkets and getting used to what i need to do and now most of them i will never be doing again as they are literally miles away so cant afford to take them :o

were at home ill so no time to read what all the hassle has been about this time - would be nice if we could all get back to being friends though :) just realised that with the latest TNS big supermarket visits - i took a competitor one last night for this friday, unlike the other ones (I have two more to do on Thursday) there is now NO mileage allowance. will mean the ones further afield i will no longer be able to do again in 3 months time as without that ive definitely made a loss :mad::mad: just be careful if you go to select a lot like i did last month as i didnt expect to be down by that amount per job :(

Couldn't agree more! This round I managed to pick up my really, really local one. Tried to get the one where I do my regular weekly shop, but I'm not allowed because I've done it too recently. The others in my general area are still there. This is quite unusual - they generally go in a flash. I can only assume everyone else feels the same - just not worth the trip without the mileage fee. Well, let's hope TNS take note. The DO want quite a lot done in those jobs (in my opinion) so they really need to make it worth our while.

And as for those bloomin' pharmacies!!!! I'm sick of looking at 'em! I don't have a prescription at the moment, but even if I did I don't think I'd be inclined to take the jobs as I think they want a lot of work for the measly fee, too.

Ooh get me... I'm in full rant mode, aren't I? :o

ive now read bits and pieces here and there and i dont know whats going on in here as i dont know whos an oldie regular and who isnt as im new myself!! all I know is I for one hope TG doesnt go anywhere as without you i probably would not have started using this forum and i would be doing ms-ing completely alone. this site has been such a help for me - without it for example TNS supermarkets i would never have been able to do as i didnt understand a thing i was reading and also great help with the audit company from everyone :) cant everyone just learn to get on. even if some of us lived next door the work can be shared out as we are adults and becuase theres always some places you cant do again for a few months etc etc etc. this was such a friendly place when i first came in here and got my first job in april.
