    Hi,

With regards to GAP pizzas..... where it says order for 2 adults, but can include party up to 4, how does this need to show on the receipt. (assuming I take other half and 2 kids).

    Thanks.
When I go with the OH and kids, we order a starter, large pizza and 2 drinks, which is exactly what it says on the scenario. We take the kids' water bottles with us, so don't need to order any extra items. It does say extra items must be on another bill, which would look so odd to ask for a couple of items for your children on another receipt, so this seems the best way to do it for me.

Has anyone visited the peri peri chicken place as a pizza chain competitor on Gap? If yes, what exactly would need to be ordered as a starter ... ? I am visiting one next week, and a bit confused. Garlic bread is defined as a starter by the pizza restaurants, but a side by the competitor ...

I used to find the same thing, then I changed the way I did the report. No matter how bad your experience make try to ensure you highlight some positive points (and you will surely find some) "I was exteremely impressed with the cleanliness of the shop and clarity of product labelling, however some shelves had empty spaces." Every time I put in a negative I always add a positive. When I started to do that I found, like you, that positive reports got higher scores.

With Bare, I've found it works the other way around! Reports where I have succeeded in identifying shortcomings have been scored 10/10, while others where everything was all good have never been more than 8 or 9 at most. I suppose they are happy when shortcomings are identified, as then they can prove their worthiness to the client.

Thanks ever so much yet again TG! It's the pizza chain that gets them checked out as a competitor off and on...

I've done the peri peri place a couple of times as a gap competitor. You can order a main and a side, e.g. coleslaw or rice or fries. They are great, as can get loads for the reimbursement amount.

TG is now sulking big time as I've never seen these jobs and we've got several of the restaurants in the vicinity :mad::mad:

It's an excel spreadsheet so I would just attach it to your email along with an attachment of the receipt photo.
    Thank you Creaker

Ah sorry TG, didn't mean to rub it in. It's odd because I've only ever seen this chain on there twice and both times were the same location. I'd never been to that restaurant before MSing it, but was so impressed we've been back since for real.
