Wow, thats a pain, just looked at it and it seems then that I have to reregister for each company, would never have sussed this without your help so thanks a million. No idea how to PM you - new on this site. You are a STAR *****

If you need to send anyone a personal message on any of these forums, you left click on their name at the left hand side of the page and select the option to send a message.
However, the quickest way to thank someone is just to click the thankyou button in the bottom right hand corner of their message.

My mistake, I do know the rule but it's late at night, I'm under the influence and also trying to go too quickly. Thanks for the polite and timeous reminder.

    Dear Bob

You are on your way to becoming a board hero! Helping people with the old ABAi chestnut and the intricacies of the MSE board, sticking two (virtual) fingers up to those who would let them struggle with only unhelpful sarcasm and cryptic answers. The king is dead, long live the king!

Can anyone help me please? Did my first job for RE on 26/6. Seems they took a point off me and Ive not been paid. Had no feedback and they wont answer my emails. Tried to look at the job but it says Im not linked to the job number - never had this trouble with any of my other companies. Any ideas please??
Anyone got any ideas for me please?
I'm wondering why a round pizza comes in a square box -

Try phoning them on monday - your job notes should have a contact name, number and email for that particular account manager. Never come across it myself so cant help further I'm afraid.

  • Anyone know roughly how often Aba-i upload new jobs?

Is it like RE where there are new bulk lots of jobs on a regular basis, or is it more like GFK when jobs trickle through now and then when they need doing?

Like somebody else said, call them. What you've got is odd - I've never experienced it nor heard of it before. I think something has probably gone wrong with the system - we do whinge a lot about RE but I don't think they'd do something like that on purpose.

I'd say bulk uploads - but not anywhere near as regular as RE, they don't have enough clients.

Thanks for that. Do they send you an email to let you know that there are new jobs, or do you find out yourself?

No - just a matter of checking - FFF and all, that but the jobs do get put up in stages sometimes (ie there were def 2 uploads of catalogue jobs on the same day as I got one on the first one and then a second an hour or so later that had not been there)
