I have done a few for them. Gap called and asked me to do my first one which was a last minute job in my area and I had to leave home in 2 hours. It took me just an hour to do it but it's getting easier as you have more experience. PM me if you want to know more.

Thank you! I've just done that now. I have another question as well unfortunately! I also competed a pizza restaurant competitor assignment today and was unable to get a separate receipt with only my items on it. So I have had to upload a receipt with my items that I had to order as part of the assignment and the things my partner ordered as well. This is for Gap by the way, does any one think this would be a problem? And should I try and e mail Gap and explain to them?

sandyp mention it in the report and email them to tell them too. We don't have that chain near here so I haven't seen that brief. I know one of their pub chains you only have to have a receipt for the food, and they say if you order coffee at the end of the meal don't ask for a separate receipt.

Hmmm think you may have a problem with that as GAP in my experience have never accepted a receipt with other items on it as they say that ordering extra items will have an impact on serving times etc.:(

If it said that you can take someone with you on the job then it won't matter that there are other things on the receipt.

They send this automatically. I wouldn't worry as it just means your email to them hasn't been processed yet.

Yeah it did mention that in the brief but as 'ruthiejane' said if they've said someone can come along on the brief then you'd think it wouldn't matter. Oh well I'll just have to hope for the best on that one.

true if you are allowed to take someone with then they have to expect that they eat too!!!
