    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    The Job Centre isn't equipped with crystal balls.

    They need to know your mortgage roll number, who your lender is, the date you took out your loan, how much you borrowed, how much you've got outstanding, whether you have a home improvement loan, whether you re-mortgaged etc etc.

    That's why you need to complete an MI12.

    Is one form really so hard to complete ? It's not like you don't have enough time on your hands ...

    Stanley :confused: Surely if you want help with your question, you should go about it in a different way :mad: and not be so rude
