Help with NEC e313

Can anyone help me please got phone NEC e313 unlocked put orange sim in (paygo) but cannot get sim contacts to show on phone.
At top of phone sim symbol with 2 in it next to signal bars;any help please? Sammy25

I take it the phone was with 02? In settings you might be able to find a tick box which will take the networks logo off.

As regards the phone numbers, did you think they were on the phone or maybe just saved to the old simcard?

The phone was on the 3 network phone book is on sim card but can not access it the contacts list on phone is empty
