ive always upgraded and taken the 2 dogs to haven. i wait for the confirmation to come and phone them, never been a problem0

I got 31 Aug last night after about an hour going round all the haven and parkdean site in cornwall.
So decided to go for one of the smaller sites and got 31 Aug at Woolacombe Sands (102)
Woolacombe looks really nice village on tourist website and beach looks great.
Not sure on site only very small.
But only using it to sleep in so not really bothered
Has anyone been to that site or around Woolacombe, north Devon
Woolacombes great, you can go to their 3 parks, one is bigger with more to do, and a nice pub called The Mill, there's another kiddy pub at Mullacott Cross which is this big roundabout on the eway to the parks. The beach is fab!0 -
I think the knack when searching for the hols is to put in the most popular dates and sites (which won't be available) then put in the date and site that you think may be free, that was how I had dto do it.
ie. 31st Aug Primrose Valley. Thats a top site and wont be available for a Sun Hol on a Bank Hol0 -
or put in what you really really want first, then follow it with three that you don't - the best ones to put which are NEVER available as they are mostly shut at that time of year are the french campsites for late october/early november.0

Here are the eight codes needed for priority booking
YEAR

SOLE
BEAK
GRAY
LYON

Just got my first choice, primrose valley for three nights, this will be my fourth visit, brill!!!0 -
Thanks for the codes, I had been collecting the papers all week, did not realise there was an online code, so booked last night and got my first choice. Worked out well for me as I already had booked a Sun Holiday from Mon-Fri, found out I have a stag doo to attend on the Saturday before, so have booked a Sun Holiday now from Fri - Sun before the next holiday. Saves me having to book an expensive hotel for the stag and I can have an extra long holiday.0

Hey,
I hope someone can help, I am struggling to get my head round all these codes etc (to be honest I am easily confused!)
My friend has given me a priority code to use and I have seen the 8 codes required on here to make the booking.
I have some questions:
Is it possible to take a dog to any of the sites?
Can anyone make a recommendation for any of the sites in Cornwall or devon which will allow dogs if I pay extra?
Hope someone can help, I just don't want to book and find out I cannot take the dog with us
Thanks

We want to try the sites in South Wales but holiday watchdog reviews are not too good. Has anyone tried any of them? We just want clean accomodation to use as a base to visit Skomer Island - we don't need entertainment passes/swimming pools etc. It is just the two of us - no children. Alternatively, can anyone recommend any site near the 'Waterfall walk' in the Dales. TIA0

Hi
We went to Trecco Bay in South Wales at Easter this year. Its large but right by the beach and has had a lot spent on it lately - nice swimming pool. We didn't upgrade and ended up in a week old van - people next door told us only 1 other family had used it before us so was well pleased! Nice clean site.0
