Sky broadband advice needed (cost not tech advice)

I've got sky broadband and was told last year that i could have sky contact for £5.00 a mth as long as i stayed a sky customer. Sky has now upped the cost to £17.99 a mth and have basically said take it or leave it. Where i live sky has said the exchange has not been unbundled, so i have to pay the premium. Any advice out there as best way to proceed, cancellations dept has been unavaliable all day.

If Sky have not unbundled your exchange then you are stuck with Connect which is a rebranded BT product.
If they don't offer you anything ask for your MAC.
You should check on Samknows if there are any LLU opersators and the rates they charge. That gum you like is coming back in style.0
