Just a thought - A genuine post i'm sure but will this give somebody an idea on a easy way to scam others?0 -

Sorry I probably chose my words wrongly there when I said that I won't get "done".
What I meant to say is that I will be far more careful in future to check the CC machine so that I won;t suffer from another "mistake".
Is that OK?0 -
So you've been overcharged on a credit card and now it has been sorted and you have had the overcharged amount refunded and that is great. However lets say the overcharge was a few hundred pounds and it took a few months to get the overcharge refunded (as happened to me just recently), would I have a chance of claiming a nominal amount to cover the CC interest on the overcharge amount, and if so, would it even be worth it even on a 24.9% APR card?
Would it just be more hassle than it's worth?
Thanks in advance,
