Saw a "great" deal from these people last Thursday, Nokia 6111 with 12 months free line rental, ordered the phone, received it on Friday and all the paperwork is for a different contract , 9months @ £1.99, 3 months @ £30 !! According to the customer "service" advisor they are allowed to do this as the offer from the network was no longer available (even though it was still on their website), so I can either return the phone and cancel the contract or stay on the contract THEY have chosen for me. Needless to say its on its way back to them with a complaint letter. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR PAPERWORK WHEN YOU GET IT ! :mad:
