On the Vodafone pay as you go "text message specials" page there is the following offer,

Well £18 x 12months = £216
The phone sells on ebay for around £200
So it will only cost you £16 (say £20 with ebay seller fees!) you can have 100 free minutes and 100 texts every month for a year!!

It might not be the best deal out there but might help someone  :)

listing fees = approx £3-15.00 depending upon whether you have a reserve, feature plus, etc
paypal = £10.00 or small amount for cheque, unless you live next door to a bank!

I reckon about 13.50-35.50 to sell it.

Afraid SH is correct and you are wrong. Voda Online tariffs requires you to have a new number..no PAC transfers. This is not the case for offline tariffs.

"Currently, it is not possible for you to transfer your existing number from another service provider or network to Vodafone online"

Hi All,

Before you buy, check the T & C's carefully,

the weekend calls are only for 6 months, the 100 mins seem to be for landlines & mobile calls to vodaphone numbers.
Also, as stated previously, this is for an 18 month contract!
(I think I'll stick to the brick I have for now).

However, If you do think this deal's good, why not go to the competitors & get them to price & package match... that way, at least you can ensure that you are using the same network that most of your friends & family are on & therefore, that you're really benefiting from the 100 inclusive minutes.
