Xbox idiots! Indian call centre extremely rude!

My son, recently sent off his Xbox to the repair centre because of the common Red Ring of Death, and recieved it around 5 days ago.
Anyway, when it came back, my son inserted a game into the drive, turned it on and the dvd drive started making loud noises! I then ejected the disk to find it had a huge circular scratch around the game! My son then thought maybe he knocked it or something, so he thought fair enough its my fault, but then inserted another and again it scratched my GTA game too!
It was only sent off for the Red ring of death to be fixed, which they did fix, but they also fitted a 'new' dvd drive, without my permission, when my old one was working perfectly!
This 'new' dvd drive is obviously faulty or an old one, which has scratched two of his games (Call of Duty: WaW, and GTA IV)
I have rung Xbox support, and they have said to me that all they can do is take the xbox back to the call centre, with no guarentee that the drive will be replaced or fixed!
I also wanted something done about my two games, which they are refusing to take responsibilty for, by being replaced. All they are saying is that it is my concern (althought their faulty drive broke my games) and i have to pay £10 P&P for a 'free disk replacement'.
To sum it all up; they are refusing to replace my two games which their dvd drive which i did not ask to be fitted damaged, and said it is my problem not theirs, also the call operators were extremely rude, and cut me off!
How do i go about this problem, who do i contact etc??
Any help would be much appreciated, Many thanks, ArlyBarly

It's a really stupidly obvious question(s)....
But how do you know the failure wasn't the DVD drive?
and
How do you know they sent your actual xbox back?“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”

Because my son did a little drawing on the side of it lol
and it said that the DVD drive was replaced on the letter we got back with it.
And the failure was the DVD drive0 -
Was the issue with not getting anywhere due to the fact they just didnt understand you as surely you should be able to contact someone who understands english or failing tht trading standards but is that the right route to go down0

They did understand some of it but they were not shifting at all, they were like robots, basically tough, when i asked to be put through to complaints they said he is the one who takes complaints (supervisor) so its as if they are programmed on responses and yes i do feel i would get more help if they spoke better english where they could understand what was being explained to them.0

They are awful, I had to deal with them for Xbox Live issues! Spent hours on the phone all cause of THEIR problem!0

No he wasnt bouncing on the floor lol, it happened to the first disc so he thought it was the disc so the plonker put another disc in and it happened again,0

The same thing happened to one of my disks, Made a grinding sound and the laser burned a ring around the disk, Problem was though, I caused it by accedently tipping the console...0

Call at different times of the day. if you call in the evening/at night, you will get redirected to an overseas call centre.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE Forum Team0

maybe that was because the problem you had wasnt on they're list of problems eg they're script didnt include your fault0 -
My XBOX started crashing while playing Forza 2. There was a huge thread about it on Forza's site. I called XBOX to see if they could help. Once I mentioned this thread (which had by now been deleted for some reason by Microsoft or the Forza people), they guy said "Oh, that's just a rumour". I told him to google it and see for himself, then he just hung up! So I rang back and asked to speak to someone who has actually seen an XBOX in real life and who is not reading from a flow chart. The guy put me through to a "Supervisor" (after a few flow chart questions). The Supervisor was harder to understand than the guy before but he did apologise for me being cut off claiming they are having problems with their telephones (my ***). More flow chart questions..... . As he's going through the troubleshooting with me he tells me he loves playing Forza 2 and is eagerly awaiting the release of Forza Motorsport 3 in October, but sounds a lot like hes reading from the 'Let's prove we're not reading from a flowchart' flowchart. "Great!" I said. "What's your favourite car?". Surprise, surprise - huge pause. "Err, don't really recall" he says. "Favourite track?" I ask. "Errrrr". "Which trigger do you pull to accelerate?". "Errrrrrr". I think you get the picture.
All they need is one native English speaker with a little product knowledge who they can transfer you to if their flowchart sytem fails. They could really push the boat out and give them all proper training and an XBOX each so they would know a little bit about the product.
Anyway, sent my XBOX off for repair, came back and works fine.
Thanks to Micro$oft and Bill Gate$.0
