Are Vitgin offering any deals for existing customers?

Hiya,

Does anyone know if virgin are offering any deals to existing customers please? My last deal has just ran out and at £34 pm i thought it was a good deal (even though the last few bills i've noticed have been £38+?)

Thanks

Phone them, they'll usually put you on at least the same deal as a new customer, although generally tie you in for another 12 months.
  • Hi, i rang Virgin yesterday & got a FREE 30 DAY TRIAL of all the tv channels they have, (excluding premium) not bad considering i had basic package, just make sure you ask them for 'end by date' so you can ring them to cancell as you will be charged. :)

You need to negotiate with them. Have a read of this thread.

Just check you have enough money in your account to cover at least twice your bill!
I cancelled mine in time but because my billing date (18th) was in the middle of the "free" trial this month they've at least doubled the bill but will refund it all next time. Something they should have warned customers about since I now have to find an extra £30 from somewhere
