Hi all
I wonder if anyone could give me some advice please?
I would like to unlock my mobile phone, just to occasionally use another sim card, but still have time left on my contract. Will this affect the contract with my current supplier?
Any advice would be appreciated!
Thanksxxxxx

It will make no difference as long as you continue to pay your contract every month.0

Welcome to the forums. Your contract handset was your to do with as you wish from day one of your contract. You could have sold it straight away and used an alternative one. See the stickies at the top of this forum for help with unlocking. Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0

Please please help me, Im a newbie and I dont know how to post a new thread so Ive joined this one, sorry if Ive done it wrong but Im desperate for some help.
I have a Samsung V200 which was on the Orange PAYG network but I have somehow broken the LCD and cant read the screen, so I bought another V200 from Ebay and it is in perfect condition but the listing said it was unlocked however it is on the O2 network PAYG and came in an O2 box, I have tried unlocking it with the code I used for the other one
*2767*7822573738# and nothing happens it says Wrong Entry I have tried doing this with and without the sim.
Have 02 an extra security number or can anyone help me unlock this. I cant afford a new phone hence buying from Ebay, Please help I am desperate.
regards

V200 unlocking procedure if the other code doesnt work
Enter each line and wait for handset to fully reboot before entering the codes on the next line.
After the last set of codes have been entered the handset will be unlocked - BUT REMEMBER - back up your phone book etc first!!

*2767*3855#
*2767*2878#
*2767*927#
*2767*7822573738#
if this doesnt work then it will need direct unlocking0
