I've just had a look around on Currys' website and much more expensive now!!
Anyone know where to find it around the £300 mark??0 -
Argos has a 1080p Bush 32" at £349.49 (cat number 529 4828)
Dont know if its any good but seems a reasonable price for 1080p0 -
Can any of you helpful people out there who have this tv help me out a little.
We have bought it and also have a 5.1 external seaker system (not one of the expensive home cinema things) simply a mains powered sub connected to 5 mini speakers.
Ive plugged the sub in at the mains and connected all the speakers but I cant seem to make any sound come out. On the Tv there are 2 sets of the red and white plugs but they both seem to say Audio in. I cant see any that say audio out expect a little one that says optical audio out but I dont know what this is/dont have this cable.
I simply want to plug the sub into the TV via the red/white connectors.
I don have my main sky box downstairs but in another room and sent to this TV by ariel cable so cant plug it into the sky box. I have tried plugging the red/white leads into the DVD player and this makes the speakers work but obviously only when watching a dvd not when watching normal tv.
Anyone else that has this tv with a speaker system how have you got your plugged in?
Any ideas?

I agree with CM66, I bought this a few weeks ago and it's great. No problems with sound, but I only use it as a TV and nothing else.0

I purchased this TV for £349 from Dixons in November 08 and I'd recommend it, the picture is crisp and I've had no problems with it at all.
I play PS3 and Wii games on it, plus HDTV, Blueray movies/programs and I'm always amazed at the quality of picture seeing as it's not a plasma. I did have to play around with the settings to get the best picture quality.
I think the size is quite good and it's very stylish. Our living room is pretty large and it fits well. I must say the remote is pretty ugly though but that's not really important. It will go well in the bedroom too, I plan to mount it on our bedroom wall when we get our plasma though personally I'd be happy leaving it in the living room but try telling that to the OH. :rolleyes:0
