Ok Cleaver you have a buyer.....me. I will pay you the princely sum of 750k, as long as that maid is included, if not, I'll give you a tenner for it.0

Paint the wall. Otherwise it looks good. Care to reveal the price and then we can have a heated debate?
It'd be more fun to hear your guesses.
It's in a medium sized town in Warwickshire / West Mids type area, 2 minutes walk (literally) from the train station, 10 minute walk in to the town centre, nice road (little traffic, FTB / young family / pensioner types mainly), permit parking and is an end terrace.0 -

And it hadn't strayed that much, there are not many things more serious than the responsibilty of borrowing a book, and, despite Bluey's lack of faith in Cleaver and me the book is actually very on topic
Hey! I have nothing but faith in you two. What is the correct phrase, 'get a room'?
disclaimer: if Mrs Cleaver or Foundinrates is reading this I am joking. They don't need a room. A patch of grass is fine.
Favourite hobbies: Watersports. Relaxing in Coffee Shop. Investing in stocks.

EA: "I think you'll like this place. Let me ask you, who doesn't have a secret yearning to live near the hustle and bustle of real, east-end street life? The energy, vibrancy and sheer liveliness of having a crime hotspot within a few feet of your door is something you can't put a price on. And it's got laminate."0 -

Very well done, excellent use of vocabulary, if you fail your Masters, you would make a fine [STRIKE]bullsh*tter[/STRIKE], erm I mean EA.0 -
I think you've dressed the house really nicely.
You know prices in your area, 2004 would be way off beam round here - are you sure you are not selling yourself short?
That mezzanine.... that'll flummox your buyers. They won't be happy until the can think of a use for it. Has it got a TV in it? I'd put a TV on a swivelly thing so it can be watched from the kitchen or the room.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards.
