I know one MSE board member has used them and did get their cashback. Do a forum search for Microline and you'll find his posts.

Hi i and my friends have used microline mobiles (mailorderphones) before with no problems. I think they are two contracts with two phones. They are reliable with cash back with 4 years proven record and also they have offices in Hounslow so you could go and hand in the vochers personally (so no mail missed kind of mess )
