i bought OH a flat screen monitor for his PC as a birthday present. It arrived really quickly but was faulty - we couldn't get any power to it at all. I did the online return thing with no problems whatsoever. DHL collected the faulty one the next day and the new one was delivered the day after that after amazon upgraded the postage as a goodwill measure. even more impressive - it arrived on a bank holiday.
