She would run a very hot bath, boil the kettle and take that in the bathroom and then barricade in so it was really steamy. Hope your DD is feeling better soon x x


    Thank you, the doctor said that about sitting in the steamy bathroom too, I may be trying it in the small hours if she is bad tonight!
