Wednesday 17th June - What small DFW things have you done today?

When we start out on the DFW trail we do loads of "big stuff" that makes quite a difference to our situation. These include having our lightbulb moment, cutting up the credit cards and cancelling Sky and the gym.
But once we have done the bigger stuff, we often feel that we are not making the same amount of progress, when in fact the small steps are helping us form good financial habits and helping us get closer everyday to staying in control and becoming debt free, or staying debt free
Examples could be charging your phone up at work instead of at home to save your electricity, hanging washing out instead of using the tumble dryer or leaving your purse/wallet at home to avoid the risk of spending.
So be proud of those small steps, they really are important.
Good morning everyone! :j :j :j - right, that is my morning exercise over and done with.
I hope that you do not mind me starting the thread - I need to keep focused.
Today I have/will:
Think that should do it - sorry there are no icons with pom poms doing a little jig (I need to find out where they are).
Have a great day everyone, Hi to the regulars and new posters

Morning Candy! Thanks for starting the thread!
Morning all who come along!
Thank you to those of you yesterday who sent good wishes to my DD! She made it through school, but yesterday evening we found some spots  not sure what they are, she's had chicken pox, & they dont look viral, looke more like bites
She was up again coughing in the night, think it looks like day off school today.
Which leaves me in a pickle - yes DH is here, but he is on lates so didnt go to bed till 3.30am, so cant really leave her with him as he is unconscious!! Will prob take morning off work, & go in at 11.45 & do half day. That way at least I only lose half a days leave. It is such a juggling act sometimes.
Had my dentist appt yesterday - he has removed the nerve in the offending tooth :eek: that was a bit scary - was gripping the chair very hard!! Hopefully no more problems now. I have such trouble with my teeth.
