Unable to access MSE

I have broadband with Freedom2Surf. It's all been fine till now. Then at about 9.30pm last night, this site became unavailable. Still unavailable. All other websites work fine.
I am currently accessing this site via dialup with a different ISP, and it's fine. So I know there's nothing wrong with the PC or the browser cache.
I don't have a router. I have a USB modem (Alcatel green frog) so it can't be a router problem.
The ISP are now closed till Monday. Can anyone suggest what this could be?

Eh?? I give up!! Towel is getting thrown in here!

Update: Sought help from https://www.adslguide.org.uk The helpful people there got me to do a tracert command and have diagnosed that it's a problem with some router further along the network. They say these problems get fixed by themselves, but obviously can't say when.Eh?? I give up!! Towel is getting thrown in here!0
