I personally like "old style"....It sums up an era when food was additive free, wholesome and it reminds us all of our childhoods...which were , of course, all hot and sunny and full of laughter....It also reminds me of MSE... ;)

I like some of the ones already suggested but my offerings are :'

' Back to the Future' or has this been done! ;)

'The Loaves and Fishes Diet Book' perhaps the reference too obscure for the masses?

The Balance Diet Book.....Food=Funds Yep I deliberately missed the 'D' off the end of balance!

Including the word 'Diet' to link to Martins other books.

I can't actually think of any real titles (I've got laryngitis & it's fried my brain.....well, that's my excuse:p) but I think maybe consider avoiding "Saving" in the title as that implies bank savings/investments type thing rather than not spending if you get my drift. Maybe something based around household budgeting & cost cutting? I'm sorry I'm pathetic & really can't think for myself today.

I love Moggins' Frugal Ways for Modern Days :T& Squeakys' MSE Book of Household Economy:T.

I like these ideas too, they're definitely the sort of titles that would attract my attention.

What about Household Thrift - I think it should have the word 'thrift' in the title! :rotfl:

My only concen is that 'Frugal' and 'Thrift' go along with 'old' and 'granny' 'wartime' and will stop a lot of people looking what it's all about. Sadly its all about catching the attention of 'gnats' who wanna be 'modern'

That's a point,I suppose people who are going to be attracted to books with 'thrifty or frugal' in the title already are 'thrifty and frugal'.

I can't think of anything snappy that would attract 'modern' money-savers .

How about Tighten your belt, Fatten your wallet . Unfortunately I can't claim to be this inspired, it was my OH's suggestion.
