Hi, I am just hard boiling some eggs but also need to put some pasta on soon.
Do you think it is OK to boil them together in the same pan:o
It seems like a good money saving option, if I can
Thanks.

Probably not, if you think about where the eggs have come from, you will by cooking your pasta in chicken !!!!!!

Well, they don't come from there! If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.0 -
I've been doing this for a few months and haven't been ill because of any chicken sh*t
Infact I popped some eggs in with my pasta last night as wanted some hard boiled for some salad. It all seems to be cooked at the same time, so very handy!Grocery challenge - Nov: £52/£100

It is good to know I'm not the only one who does this0 -
I never cook the pasta normally anyway. I bring the water to the boil with the lid on the pan and turn it off. It takes longer but with a couple of stirs it cooks without any other heat.
Sometimes i pour over a kettle of boiling water and leave after stirring but find that when i do this the gas needs lighting for a couple of minutes after 10 mins or so.
SDPlanning on starting the GC again soon0 -
well I did eggs in the same pan as potatoes were boiling in tonight and so far haven't been violently ill!0

I do eggs and pasta together if I have the need. I've been doing it for years and I'm still here0
