Help deciding what package!!!!

moving house and after a broadband provider... am with talktalk just now but my 2 choices are

Orange - home max 8mb at line rental at £10 - and web £5.00 a month
(i have a orange contract)
or
sky talk and web - rental £10 - web £5.00 but £30 actavation fee
(plus i have sky tv already)

am stuck bwteen the 2..... i have googled bad and good things about both
anyone give me a push to pick???????

    What sort of speed can you get? What do you want? Do you watch a lot of tat TV (Sky)? Do you want Sky installed? Can you get Sky installed? Are you at the new address for more than a year?

    Sky's an excellent service but not much cop if you don't use their TV offering -but if you want ADSL2 (faster) then Sky may be an option with one of their better packages.

    You will have to say or work out what you need and want.
  • I have the Sky-mid package and it seems really good - fast connections, no problems thus far.
